New Commandant General

On 13th October 2025, Air Vice-Marshal Jo Lincoln was attested into the Royal Auxiliary Air Force (RAuxAF) as a Part Time Volunteer Reservist. She succeeded Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro as Commandant General of the RAuxAF and Director Reserves RAF. Prior to taking up the post, she served for 28 years in the Royal Air Force as a Regular Officer, having primarily served as a logistician in the UK and at numerous overseas locations, which included multiple operational deployments. Air Vice-Marshal Lincoln is based at Headquarters Air Command.
