On 6 October 2024, the RAuxAF Foundation will be hosting a Service commemorating the Centenary of the RAuxAF at the RAF Church of St Clement Danes in London. The Service will start at 1100 hrs with those attending assembling from 1030 hrs.
Attendees will include the Foundation’s Patron and the Force’s Air Commodore-in-Chief, HRH The Duke of Gloucester, senior representatives from the RAF and RAuxAF, serving and retired members of the Force, a smattering of employers, and a few others who have been helpful to the Force and the Foundation. The service will feature the Sovereign’s Colour and the RAuxAF Roll of Honour. Music will be provided by the RAuxAF Band’s brass quintet.
There will be seating for up to 500. Entrance will be by ticket only, and serving and retired RAuxAF personnel wishing to attend will be invited to complete an on-line application form which will be sent to all units and selected civilian organisations with links to the RAuxAF family. Former members of the Force with no such links should complete and submit the on-line Application Form by not later than 31 August. Confirmation of attendance will be provided to all as soon as possible thereafter.
